Ashtanga

Ashtanga is a very dynamic and athletic form of hatha yoga, made up of six series or levels, with a fixed order of postures. It is rooted in vinyasa, the flowing movements between postures, with a focus on energy and breath.

Hip Hop Cardio

Join Trina, a Hip Hop dancer and dance instructor for over 15 years!  Trina has been involved in the fitness industry for many years and wondered what it would be like to fuse dance and gym life together!  Introducing Hip Hop Cardio!  Jump, shake, pop and move to the hottest music and hottest dance moves!  

Each song has its own routine with their own repetitive moves (think Zumba), so you will begin to remember them more and more each time you come back to class! Class is for ALL levels.

Pilates

Pilates is a system of repetitive exercises performed on a yoga mat to promote strength, stability, and flexibility.

Trapeze Yoga

Relieve the day’s tension, back pain, and all over stiffness in minutes. 

Get rid of back pain, and improve your back posture. Vinyasa Yoga

A style of yoga that links breath work to each pose. Learn to slow down, taking your focus inwards and breathe through life’s challenges. You will leave feeling less stressed and ready to take on whatever comes your way. You will be guided through a string of yoga poses incorporated to help strengthen your body, stretch your muscles and loosen your built up tension. 

Yin/Restorative Yoga

Enter deep relaxation with Yin restorative yoga.  This is a receptive practice that utilizes blocks, blankets, bolsters, and sandbags to encourage passive release and the unraveling of deep mind-body tension. All are welcome.
