Trapeze yoga builds strength in the upper body, core, and grip while also improving flexibility in the hips, shoulders, and back. Gravity is used to create traction on the spine, which can help relieve back pain and decompress the spine. With limited slings, pre registration is required for this class.

This is a beginner friendly, judgement free class, where we will explore yoga postures and stretches and break them down to learn it correctly from the beginning! This is a great class even for our experienced yogis. We can all use a refresher sometimes!

On the Friday closest to the Full Moon, join Trina for a night full of moon talk, Chandra Namaskar (moon salutation yoga poses), releasing rituals, and a custom blended essential oil roller to use during class. You then get to take the roller home as your special gift!

Zumba is a dance-based fitness workout that combines Latin and international music with dance moves, creating a fun and engaging workout experience. It’s designed to be inclusive for all fitness levels and ages, incorporating elements of salsa, samba, merengue, reggaeton, and hip-hop.
Tabata & Weights
Tabata & Weights
Tabata is a specific type of high-intensity interval training (HIIT) that involves performing 10-15 intense exercises for 30 seconds each, followed by 15 seconds of rest, and repeating this cycle for a total of 3 sets. Students have the option to add hand weights to intensify the exercises. These short, intense workouts are designed to burn calories and improve cardiovascular health.

Pilates is a form of exercise that emphasizes core strength, flexibility, and body awareness. This class involves a series of controlled movements performed on a mat. Pilates focuses on strengthening the deep muscles of the core, including the abdominal, back, and pelvic floor muscles. The exercises are generally low impact, making them suitable for people of all fitness levels
